After arriving in California in 2019, the FDLA studio has established itself and looking to add a dedicated and talented producer to our growing team. With your expertise in project delivery, client relationship management, and your strategic approach to new business, you will deliver amazing work for top global brands, as well as develop new and lasting relationships with clients to enable the strategic growth of FutureDeluxe. Working closely with our creative team, being there as a main point of support.

How your success will be measured

• Delivery of client projects to the highest possible standard, ensuring the experience of our internal team is effortless and fun, profit margins are maximised, and clients are delighted with our service.
• Strong, trusted relationships with all key stakeholders - clients and internally at FD.
• Ability to work seamlessly with the creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage mid-size budgets and project plans, occasionally assisting other production team members on larger projects.
• Prepare detailed estimates and project paperwork (legal and financial)
• Project cost tracking to ensure agreed targets are met.
• Project management - plan and lead projects from concept through to final delivery.
• Working with a Creative lead, lead project dailies and weeklies - both internally and with the client.
• Navigate and manage changes in project scope, negotiating revised budgets with clients.
• Own all details of the project and be the true source of information for teams and clients.
• The primary contact for clients during the project lifecycle.
• Nurture a positive and collaborative relationship with clients, ensuring they have a first-class client experience.
• The producer should support & apply our company values throughout all activities and communication.

Essential skills & experience

• Minimum of 3 years content production experience working in a similar creative environment (e.g. 2D, Experiential, Advertising, AR/VR, etc) - at least 2 years experience in 3D motion design / animation.
• A good understanding of 3D animation and ability to translate between internal teams and clients with help from technical and creative leads.
• Able to source freelance resource.
• Able to prioritise tasks with excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills. Anticipates production problems, proactively implementing solutions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team for a common goal.
• Able to remain calm, positive and confident in difficult situations.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
• Comfortable with organic growth through developing relationships with existing clients.
• Understanding of and an interest in the industry and new trends in the wider field.
